As a veteran coach she has coached hundreds of individuals. An entrepreneurial woman, Melanie saw the need and co-founded choice magazine, the first coaching magazine. Her column, The Soul of Coaching, continually receives rave reviews from the readership. A pioneer in the emerging field of coaching, she was one of the first coaches to bring coaching to inmates in the federal penitentiary and state prison systems. She co-hosts All About You a coaching television program. As a former lead trainer at one of the world’s top coaching institutes, and author and speaker, Melanie is out in front, leading and on the edge of what’s next. Melanie received her master’s degree from Dominican University’s Asian Economic Development and Political Risk. She lives in on the coast of Northern California with her husband, Brian, and her boss, Sylvie, the cat.
